Refund Request
We want you to be satisfied with your Aurixonbow products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are not customized, remain unused, and are in their original packaging.
To qualify for free returns, the following conditions must be met:
All returns must be for items purchased directly from the official Aurixonbow website. Aurixonbow does not offer returns or refunds for items purchased through channels other than the official website.
All return requests must be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once a request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Any additional return shipping costs are also non-refundable.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Once the return is received, processing the refund may take up to 21 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Aurixonbow does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned items. Aurixonbow does not accept returns for customized products. Please do not ship products back without obtaining return authorization; doing so will result in a denied refund, and our warehouse will refuse the package. Shipping instructions and a return authorization number will be provided once your return request is approved.
